Hi,
I have installed a Vodafone USB Modem k3565 on Windows 7. The Modem Window displays but it is not functional, doesn’t show ‘Connect’ option.
How do I fix this?
Hi Mfundo,
Windows 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft, and you will find it more difficult to resolve issues on Windows 7 Operating System.
Have you considered changing to Windows 10, on even the latest Windows 11?
Regards
Jeff
